POSTAL DISPUTE
PLEASE NOTE:   IF ORDERS COINCIDE WITH A POSTAL STRIKE, WE USE SPECIAL DELIVERY (NEXT DAY, MON/FRI), TO ENSURE PROMPT DELIVERY, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER.

All our products are delivered via tracked delivery.   We despatch stocked goods from our Store via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery to UK (3/5 working days) and via Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For to overseas customers (7/10 working days), at no extra charge to the customer.     Very occasionally, supplies may be back-ordered due to non-delivery of fabric or other similar reason, in which case the customer will be emailed with an alternative expected delivery date, always within 28 days max.   Delivery dates of Bespoke items will be stated clearly in every Quotation.

Customs/import duties
Please note that we are not responsible, nor will it be included in your total price, for any Customs/import duties which may be imposed upon delivery.  Nor are we responsible for any goods delayed or impounded by customs authorities due to non-payment of any such duties by the customer.
