   How do I order from BellaWraps?


To order any product in our Store simply click on either the image or "Details/Colours>" by each item, which will lead you directly to the Product page.    Select the fabric of the chosen item then simply click "Add to Cart", which will transfer you to our secure payment processor, CCNow.com, where you can safely make your payment either using your credit/debit card or your PayPal account.   Please note that orders are not accepted by phone - just online.
 

   Can I see a sample of the fabric used?


Yes.  We think it is often advisable to request a swatch of the fabric used, as digital photograhy and display hardware do have limitations.   Simply contact us via
Contact
or via 0845 299 7683 telling us which fabrics you would like to see and provide your postal details.   Up to 5 swatches will then be sent to you via First Class post, free of charge, so that you can be completely reassured that the fabric is suitable for your needs, before ordering.
 

  Can I call to see the Wraps you sell, before buying?


No, our premises are not open to the public - we run the business solely online in order to cut out overheads, as detailed on About but we encourage all visitors to our website to request fabric swatches before purchasing, to ensure that the fabric chosen is suitable.
 

  Can I speak to someone about a query?


Due to pressure of work, we always prefer to answer queries via email rather than phone.   It is therefore much quicker and easier for you to detail your query via email to support@bellawraps.com and we will get back to you at our earliest opportunity.
 

   Can I enter different billing and shipping addresses?


Yes.  At Checkout you will be able to enter an alternative Shipping Address, should you wish the Order to be delivered  to a different address to your Billing/Contact Address.    You can also add a short message at Checkout for the recipient.

   What payment methods do you offer?


Products can be bought using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB or alternatively, customers can choose the PayPal option at Checkout, if preferred.  
 

   How secure is the billing process?


Very.  All transactions are conducted through CCNow.com. 
 CCNow is owned by Digital River, Inc, the world's foremost e-commerce expert and is a respected, trusted and well-established company which provides secure methods of making payments across the Internet.   CCNow uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure that all transactions are secure.  Transactions using Secure Socket Layer are encrypted which means that anyone trying to intercept such encrypted information is presented with a series of letters and numbers that make no sense and have no bearing on your credit card details.
 

  Do you deliver worldwide?

  We deliver to United Kingdom, United States, Canada and the rest of Europe.

 
   What happens after I place my order?


Immediately you have paid for your goods, you will receive an emailed receipt for your payment and summary of your Order from CCNow, our payment processor.    When your Order has been processed, you will receive an email from BellaWraps, showing date of despatch and giving an expected delivery date at your address, plus another email from CCNow, confirming shipment.
 

   When will I receive my order?


When your order has been processed (normally within 48hrs), you will receive an email stating the despatch date and expected date of arrival to you.   UK deliveries are usually received within 3/5 working days from the date of ordering, overseas deliveries taking 7/10 working days.
 

   Can I return or exchange an item?


We know that sometimes purchases don't go to plan.  If a customer wishes to return an item for exchange or refund, they should follow the guidance given on their Sales Receipt, within 7 days of receipt and refer to our Returns page... More info
 

  Do all new customers receive 25% Off their next Order?


All new customers receive a Discount Code on their next Order.   This offer is only applicable if first Orders are fully   completed, ie not returned for refund (either in part or total), cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher issued by BellaWraps, applies to the total value of the next order without time limit and is for single use only.
